VISA PROCESSING CENTER: NEW DELHI

LIST OF DOCUMENTS :

• Scan copy of the passport in JPEG format (passport with validity for min 6 month or more).
• Visa Application forms duly filled in and signed.
• Covering letter from the Applicant on Company letterhead stating his Name, Designation, Purpose and duration of stay.
• Hotel Confirmation.
• 2 Passport size color photograph with white background.
• Income Tax returns for the last 2 years in original with gross total income should be more then Rs 2,00,000.
• Visiting Card.
• Confirmed Air Tickets. For 4 days Visa Applications Entry & Exit sectors must be confirmed.
• Visa will be processed in DELHI.

Time Taken : Minimum 3 working days for processing after receipt of complete application.

UK VISA REQUIREMENT

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months.
• 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed.
• 2 Recent passport size colour photographs. (45 mm wide by 35 mm, White background)
• One blank page of passport (back to back).
• Covering letter from the applicant stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Tour Confirmation & Hotel Confirmation ( Not Mandatory )
• Detailed Tour Itinerary ( Not Mandatory )
• Foreign Exchange endorsement / Copy of Credit cards.
• Original Bank Statement for the last 6 months.
• Income Tax paper for the last 3 years.
• Applicant's Occupational viability
• VISA WILL BE PROCESSED IN DELHI ONLY

If Self-Employed : -

1. Brief Company Profile.
2. Proof of ownership (Proof of Proprietorship, Partnership Deed, Articles of Association)
3. Original Bank Statement of the Company for the last 6 months.
4. Income Tax Papers of the Company.
5. Balance Sheet of the Company.

If Employed : -

1. Copy of Appointment letter.
2. Salary Certificate.
3. Leave certificate from the Employer.

For Students : -

1. Leave Sanction & I/D card copy.
2. Proof of Fixed Deposits / Investments/ Property Papers - If any.
3. Vehicle Registrations.

Medical Requirements : Nil
Time Taken : Minimum 4 to 5 working days for processing after receipt of complete application.

VISA PROCESSING CENTER : MUMBAI

LIST OF DOCUMENTS :

• Valid passport (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
• One form
• Two photographs, 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
• Covering letter from the applicant
• Invitation letter/Sponsor letter from UK/Hotel Confirmation
• Bank statement for the last 6 months (original + copy)
• Income tax papers for the last 3 year (original + copy)
• Salary slip for the last 3 months (original + copy)
• Appointment letter
• Leave letter from the Company

Time Taken :

• 15 -20  Working Days normal

Note :

• Additional documents may be required by the Consulate/Embassy
• Applicant has to go personally for submission of the documents and biometrics at the UK VFS
• Applicant may be called for a personal interview

AUSTRIA TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS

• Passport valid for minimum of 6 months.
• Passports issued for 20 years will not be accepted by the Embassy.
• Visa Application form duly filled in and signed.
• Applicant mobile no. is compulsory in Visa form.
• Two recent passport sized colour photograph with white back ground (with matt or semi matt finish) (35mm wide by 45mm high) without border and taken within the last 3 months.
• Covering Letter stating the applicant's name, designation, purpose and duration of stay Please note, self-employed applicants has to furnish detailed documents pertaining to their business.
• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
• Articles of Memorandum.
• Required Sponsor Electronic ID number.
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership
• Import-Export License (if applicable)
• Hotel Confirmation.
• Occupational viability of the applicant.
• Foreign exchange Endorsement / Copy of credit card
• Confirmed return air ticket, in original and a photocopy

If Self-employed :-

1. Company Profile
2. Company and Personal Bank Statements for the last 6 months mentioning the bank's name and bank's telephone number clearly.
3. Company and Personal Income Tax Papers for the last 3 years.

If Employed :-

1. Proof of employment like Salary Slip or Appointment Letter

If Student :-

1. Leave Sanction Letter from school
2. VISA WILL BE PROCESSED IN DELHI ONLY

Medical Requirements : Original Medical Insurance for the stay duration is Mandatory

FRANCE TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS

VISA PROCESSING CENTER: NEW DELHI

LIST OF DOCUMENTS :

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Passport validity should not be more than 10 years from date of issue.
• 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed (photocopy can be used). Applicant mobile no. is Compulsory in Visa form.
• Two recent passport size colour photographs,3.5 x 4.5 CM (80% of the face should be visible without border and taken against light background with matt or semi matt finish.
• Covering letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Detailed Tour Itinerary & Tour Confirmation.
• Hotel Confirmation from France with Address & Contact Details/attestation d'accueil
• Foreign exchange duly endorsed / copy of credit card.
• Confirmed air ticket.
• Company and personal ITR for the last three year.
• Company and Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months.
• Children travelling to france will require Affidavit From their parents even if parents are not travelling.
• Occupational Viability of the Applicant.

If Self Employed :-

1. Proof of ownership.
2. Income Tax papers of the Company.
3. Bank Statement of the Company for last 6 months.

If Employed : -

1. Copy of Appointment letter & Salary Certificate.
2. Leave Certificate from the Employer.

Medical Requirements : Overseas Medical Insurance required for stay duration.

VISA PROCESSING CENTER: MUMBAI

LIST OF DOCUMENTS :

• 1 Form 
• 2 Photo (Photo should be in white background with face nearly 80% of the photo area)
• Overseas Mediclaim policy
• Air tickets
• Hotel confirmation voucher directly from the hotel in France
• Forex or International Credit Card
• Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory
• Proof of income i.e. last 3 years I-T Challan or TDS Certificateand 3 months salary slip.

Submission : 0800 hrs to 1030 hrs. 
Collection : 1730 hrs to 1830 hrs (normally next working day, at the time of biometric test.)
Special Note : Submission only by prior appointments.(IN VFS ONLY), pax will have to come personally  to consulate next working day after submission, for biometric test.
